I teach what I have built.
I'm Rafael Salazar Novo, a serial entrepreneur, executive professor and AI advisor based in Madrid.
The story
I trained as an engineer and went on to build seven startups, four of which ended in exits. One of them, Sendity, was acquired by Prosegur in 2024.
Along the way I completed a dual Executive MBA at Columbia Business School and London Business School, graduating as valedictorian.
Today I teach innovation, strategy and decision-making to executives at IE Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey and Headspring, with seven consecutive teaching excellence awards. Through Rebundle Advisory I help companies put AI to work, and I train teams in Claude Code.
Novotion is where these threads come together: a founder's bias for building, a professor's frameworks, and AI tools that let teams leave a session with real output.
