What data we collect

This website has no forms and does not create user accounts. If you write to us by email, we use your name, email address and message only to answer you and, if you agree, to prepare a proposal.

Legal basis and retention

We process this data on the basis of your request (Article 6.1(b) GDPR) and keep it for as long as needed to handle it.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by writing to hello@novotion.ai. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
